Conditions of Use

• Short URLs that receive no clicks for 30 days may be deactivated.
• Deactivated links may be reassigned to other users.
• You may not create or share links that lead to:
  • Copyright-infringing materials
  • Streaming of unauthorized content
  • Malware, viruses, phishing, or deceptive content
  • Violent, sexual, or offensive material
  • Drug-related, weapon-related, or hate-related material

Anti-Spam & Abuse

NeatLink strictly prohibits the following uses:

• Spam submissions through email, social media, or comments
• Bots or automated scripts for mass link generation
• Chaining shorteners, phishing links, or harmful redirects
• Content listed on blacklists such as SURBL, SPAMHAUS, Google Safe Browsing, etc.

Violations may lead to link deactivation, account suspension, or reporting to ISPs.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for your actions and any content associated with links you create. Use common sense, follow the law, and do not abuse the service. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse of the service.

Premium Service

Our premium offering includes analytics, custom domains, QR codes, and advanced control features. This is recommended for marketing, business, and high-volume usage. Free-tier services have usage and support limitations.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

NeatLink is offered without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, security, or uninterrupted service. You agree that NeatLink is not liable for any damages arising from use or misuse of the service.

Content & Copyright

We do not host user content. NeatLink merely redirects users to web destinations. If a link violates copyrights or laws, it will be removed. Contact us if you believe a URL needs to be taken down.

Privacy & Data
